My fave new snack

Seriously… I could eat these things all day long. Non-stop.

Okay, maybe that’s an exaggeration, but they are really good. They’re like pizza without the bread!

All you need are some grape tomatoes, a few spices, and some mozzarella cheese. Eaaaasy.

1) Get as many grape tomatoes as you want. Cut ’em in half and de-goop them (aka, take out all of those mushy inner-tomato parts and discard).

2) Place the cut-side up on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with as much basil, garlic powder, and parsley as you want.

3) Stuff ’em with cheese.  Bake at 450˚F for 10-15 minutes, depending on what your oven’s like… The cheese should be brown and the tomatoes should look a little ‘wilted’.

4) Devour.
